The room was clean and had great amenities. Air conditioning kept it cool and there was a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Free toiletries included shampoo and conditioner, and the private bathroom was well equipped with a hairdryer. Located close to cafes and shops, it was a nice quiet area too.

The centrally controlled air conditioning/heating system limits personal settings!!! Water pressure in the shower fluctuates, making it a hassle to find the right temperature!!! A little more cleaning attention to the room's table wouldn't hurt!!!

The room was a bit run down and sparse. There was no lift, making it impossible to access the upper floors easily. The 'free' Wi-Fi was not sufficient for two guests, limited to just one device. It added unnecessary frustration to our stay.

Also, there's no lift, so carrying heavy luggage up stairs could be a hassle.
